Testing is an indispensable process when applying for imported cosmetics registration certificate (approval). The testing indexes of imported general cosmetics and special cosmetics are as follows:
1. Microbiological tests: including total colonies, fecal coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, fungi and yeasts
2, nail polish remover does not need to detect microorganisms, alcohol concentration of more than 75% does not need to test microorganisms.
3. For products containing ethanol and isopropanol content more than 10%, methanol should be measured, and two more samples should be added.
4. Products that claim to contain alpha hydroxy acid or not claim to contain alpha hydroxy acid but whose total amount is more than 3% need to determine alpha hydroxy acid, and simultaneously determine PH value, adding 2 samples.
5. It is claimed that products with functions of acne, mite removal and acne resistance need to be tested for antibiotics and metronidazole, and two more samples should be added.
6. Products claiming the function of debris removal need to test the index of debris removal agent and increase the number of samples by 2.
7. Asbestos should be added to products containing talc powder, with an increase of 1 sample and a total amount greater than or equal to 10g. No toxicological tests are needed for repairing and painting fingernail or toenail products.
8. No acute eye irritation test is needed for shampoo-free hair care products and eyebrow-tracing eye color cosmetics. Bath products should be tested for acute eye irritation.
9. Bath products, facial mask and other skin care products only need to be tested for acute skin irritation. No skin irritation tests are required.
10. All cosmetics with PH < 3.5 should be evaluated for safety in human trial test (excluding washing products after use). The test should be sent to an institution with relevant testing qualification.
11. The test time limit for safety evaluation of human trial test is not included when PH is less than 3.5.
12. Inspection quantity is for products with net weight of more than 20 grams per package. For those less than 20 grams, the quantity of samples should be increased. The total quantity should be controlled at no less than 100-150 g (depending on the specific product type).
13. For products with sunscreen (except titanium dioxide and zinc oxide) content more than 0.5%, sunscreen, skin allergy test and skin phototoxicity test should be added. At least 4 samples should be added, and the increase of samples should not be less than 50g.
When applying for the certificate of general food inspection record (approval), inspection is an essential process. The inspection indexes of imported general food and special purpose general food are as follows:
Customer confirmation testing - our company's national standards for product selection - confirmation quotation - delivery inspection - according to different products to inform customers of the expected results date - results - Evidence - delivery to customers.
According to the national indicators to detect harmful substances in food, mainly some harmful and toxic indicators, such as microorganisms, heavy metals, pesticide residues and so on.
Food safety has become a global topic. Malignant incidents of food safety in the world continue to occur, resulting in huge economic losses. Food safety issues mainly include the following aspects: chemical hazards, biological toxins, microbial hazards, food adulteration and the safety of genetically engineered foods.
According to the statistics of the State Administration of Import and Export Food Safety, most of the unqualified products imported do not meet the requirements of the national standard food. Our company should meet the requirements of our customers to avoid the unqualified products caused by the problem of product index after import. Before import, we should carry out one test according to the national standard of food safety before import, and avoid the unqualified problems after import. Questions lead to losses.
By 2016, our company has cooperated closely with many domestic inspection institutions approved by the National Accreditation and Supervision Committee to sign the Agreement of "Zero Defects in Imported Food", which includes the statutory inspection institutions of the Quarantine Bureau and the most authoritative National Academy of testing sciences.
Physical and chemical indicators: fat, protein, carbohydrate, total dry matter and other nutrients, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, nutritional fortifiers and other trace components
Harmful substances: veterinary drug residues, pesticide residues, heavy metals and other environmental pollutants
Additives: adulterated substances such as melamine, hydrolyzed leather protein, antibiotics, preservatives, etc.
Microbial indicators: bacteria, pathogenic microorganisms, etc.
